FAQs
Do you do home visits or in-person tuition?
Currently, the tuition I offer is exclusively online. This means you can access our sessions from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. Face-to-face tuition may become available later, but for now, online is the way to go.
Do you tutor A-Level Sciences?
Unfortunately, I do not offer A-Level tuition at the moment. This may become available later, but I only offer tuition up to GCSE for now.
With the booking system, how can I guarantee a regular time?
If you want to schedule a regular time slot after booking with me, feel free to contact me directly. We can create a private booking link to reserve our regular sessions.
My child is in Year 8, is this the right time to book tuition?
As much as I appreciate the enthusiasm, my tuition is tailored toward GCSE study. Therefore, I recommend you not book with me until at least Year 9.
You have no available slots; how can I book with you?
If I have no available slots showing, I am likely busy. However, we might be able to sort out an alternate day/time if you contact me directly.
What are the group sessions you offer, and how do I book them?
I offer group sessions to a minimum of four students for an hour. If a group of your friends or classmates would like extra support, you can book sessions with me. These would need to be organised with me directly, and then I can provide a link for payment and booking.
How/where will the sessions take place?
All sessions available to book at the present will take place via Google Meet. The meeting link will be sent to the email address that booked the session at least an hour before the session starts.
How do I know no one else can join the online session?
You can be safe in the knowledge that no one else can join the session. The only way anyone can try to join is through the link sent directly to you. For an added layer of security, no one can join the session without me letting them in due to Google Meet’s ‘knock’ feature, ensuring your privacy and safety.
How do you store/use my data?
My Privacy Policy explains how I store and use your data. It also includes links to any policies for third-party software I use, such as PayPal and Google.
