Refund, Reschedule, and Cancellation Policy

At Mr Bek's Tutoring, I strive to provide a flexible and accommodating service to meet the needs of all my students. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following policies regarding refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel our session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

  • Refunds will be issued through PayPal and, per their policy, can take up to 30 days to show in your account.

    Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a session if you provide at least 24 hours notice.

  • All rescheduled sessions must be confirmed by both parties to ensure availability. Emailing me before rescheduling is preferred.

    Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time to qualify for a full refund.

  • No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of future bookings.

    How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • To cancel or reschedule a session, please use the links on your email receipt or contact me directly through the booking platform. I will confirm the changes as soon as possible.

Exceptions

  • I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, I may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee on a case-by-case basis.
