Refund, Reschedule, and Cancellation Policy

At Mr Bek's Tutoring, I strive to provide a flexible and accommodating service to meet the needs of all my students. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following policies regarding refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel our session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Refunds will be issued through PayPal and, per their policy, can take up to 30 days to show in your account.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule a session if you provide at least 24 hours notice.
All rescheduled sessions must be confirmed by both parties to ensure availability. Emailing me before rescheduling is preferred.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time to qualify for a full refund.
No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of future bookings.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session, please use the links on your email receipt or contact me directly through the booking platform. I will confirm the changes as soon as possible.
Exceptions
I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, I may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee on a case-by-case basis.
